1. Acceptance
By downloading or using NEO, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
NEO is an end-to-end encrypted messaging application. Messages are encrypted on your device before transmission. We cannot read the content of any messages sent through the app.
3. Subscription
NEO offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Neo Premium") with a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NEO to send unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the app.
5. Account and Tag
Your identity in NEO is represented by a cryptographic tag generated on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. We cannot recover your tag or messages if your device is lost.
6. No Warranties
NEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NEO.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to NEO at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
